Indiana and California.. Orders shipped outside of Indiana or California will not be charged sales tax.

Orders are not shipped the same day as the order is placed.Your order will be shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse within 72 hours of the time you place the order. During peak seasons such as Christmas, shipping time may be longer. We will do our best to keep you informed of shipping times that exceed the norm.
The standard UPS shipping times apply from that point in time. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the
next business day.
We offer
FREE UPS Ground shipping within the Continental United States on all of our products
(except Bulk Orders or Customized Orders.) UPS Ground Shipping delivery can take 7-10 business days from the date the product(s) leave the warehouse. Products shipping to
Alaska or Hawaii must select UPS 2nd Day Air. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Shipping for an additional fee.
UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air rates are calculated based on the dimensional weight of the item. The price will be displayed upon checkout.
Please Note: Even if you select an expedited shipping method (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air) the product may still take up to 72 hours to leave the warehouse. Please email us at

Canadian orders must select
“UPS Standard to Canada” or
“UPS Worldwide Expedited.” All prices are in US Dollars.

WHERE DO YOU KEEP THE FOOD?
Almost all products have ample storage space for all of the items that make a picnic complete. Many products feature insulated food sections, wine duffels, and food storage containers.
HOW LONG DOES THE FOOD STAY HOT / COLD?
Our Thermoguard insulation keeps your food at the proper temperature for 5-8 hours depending on the outside temperature. Separate hot / cold packs are also available to keep your items fresh for longer.
HOW CAN I ORDER SPARE / REPLACEMENT PARTS?
